Vincent DESNOS
Director
Vincent has more than 10 years of experience in strategy and operations in the industry.
Prior to joining Aldebaran, Vincent was a Senior Engagement Manager in the Operations Practice at McKinsey&Company (2017-2024). He worked for various industries across Europe on topics such as strategy, operational performance improvement and transformations.
Vincent started his career at Safran Aircraft Engines (2013-2017) as team leader and then data scientist within Customer Support & Services activities near Paris.
Vincent graduated from Supaero Toulouse (MSc in Aerospace Propulsion) and Sciences Po Paris (Master in International Affairs).
