Before joining Aldebaran in 2022, Vincent was Manager at Bain & Company (within the Private Equity Group). He advised major private equity funds in their commercial and operational due diligence and worked on several value creation plans to help companies achieve their strategic medium-term objectives.

Before Bain & Company, Vincent was Investment Manager at GBL (Groupe Bruxelles Lambert), a publicly traded investment company, in Bruxelles and London. He also participated in the launch of Sienna Capital (GBL’s alternative assets platform).

He started his career at CACIB as an Equity Research Analyst in London.

Vincent holds an MBA from INSEAD.
